We work using a method called Intuitive Eating, helping people to improve their relationships with and reduce stress about food. We believe in an “everything in moderation” approach and encourage people to ditch the calorie counting and enjoy real, whole foods – and yes, that includes dessert.
Maintaining a healthy and nutritious is not about deprivation, and we won’t be focusing on weight loss, but rather learning how to fuel your body in a way that feels best for you physically and that will nourish and sustain your daily activities.
